The Berners-Lee Learning Hub is a dynamic, student-centered space that supports diverse activities. It houses the College Library, where staff adhere to the Australian School Library Association’s Bill of Rights, helping students and staff become proficient and confident in using information. The library offers access to a broad range of printed and digital resources, available through a web-based catalogue on and off College grounds.

Curie Cafe
The College cafeteria, the Curie Café, is privately operated by Illusions Catering Pty Ltd. The menu follows the Department of Education’s Healthy Food and Drink Policy, supporting and promoting students’ healthy eating. The Café is open daily for recess and lunch and provides various food and drinks with cash and EFTPOS facilities. The Café also offers online ordering via Qkr!. Please search for “Ashdale ASC Canteen” on Qkr!. A dedicated café entrance and counter for online orders will be assigned to limit wait times.

Upgrades to commence in 2025
$40 million redevelopment
The $40 million redevelopment being delivered by the Cook Labor Government is set to create more permanent spaces for classes, including:
- New science labs,
- IT classrooms and a digital learning area,
- STEM lab,
- Food and tech studios, as well as
- Training spaces.
Existing school buildings will also be refurbished as part of the investment, with staged construction works scheduled to start in March next year.
