P&C AGM and Meeting (2022)

The College P&C Annual General Meeting is open to all Parents, Guardians and community members.

The Office Bearer positions will become vacant at this meeting, and an election will be held to determine the new Office Bearers for 2022.

You can also nominate to be a general committee member or join a subcommittee of the Association. Yearly membership to the P&C is $1.00, payable at the meeting.

Come along and help the College P&C become a strong and supportive group that promotes the interests of the College through:

• cooperation between parents, teachers, students and members of the general community;
• assisting in the provision of resources, facilities and amenities for the College;
• the fostering of community interest in educational matters.

Enquiries regarding the roles and responsibilities of a P&C member can be directed to the front office. We will then provide you with the contact information for the current P&C President, Ben Shenton.

Parents are invited to attend four meetings a year, and no fundraising activities are required. It is a great way to know more details about the College.

Interested parents will be requested to email the College (ashdale.sc@education.wa.edu.au) by Friday 18 February of their intention to attend the meeting. Nomination forms must be completed and attached to this email.

On Tuesday, 22 February, the College will email the WebEx link to registered parents.
